Expired Permit Violation Notice

To whom it may concern
In accordance with the City's adopted building codes, "final inspections shall be made after the
permitted work is complete and prior to occupancy".
Upon review of the City's expired plans and permits, the following project was identified as
needing either a required final inspection or submittal of final documents before the City's
approval to occupy can be given.
