As requested, we provided construction observation and materials testing (COMT) services
for the shade structure at the Redtail Ponds Permanent Supportive Housing project at Coronado Ct
and College Ave in Fort Collins, Colorado. We have reviewed our project files to determine if there
are outstanding discrepancies for our services related to this project. We were scheduled for the

Project Specifications
We inspected the bolted connections at all gridlines of the shade shelter roof framing. All of the bolts were in the
snug -tight condition or greater with washers installed at the time of our inspection. Plans were prepared by K L & A,
project no. 3904, dated May, 2015.
At the time of our inspection, the items observed met the quality standards sited above unless noted below.
