On January 23 and 30, 2015, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed
footings foundation wall steel at the referenced site. Observations indicate the footing,
foundation steel reinforcement and deck foundations are in substantial accordance
with the engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates. In addition,
the electrode had been placed in accordance with the recommendations by NEC.

Gentlemen:
On February 6, 2015, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the
referenced site. Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been
placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement foundation and connected to the
sump pit. Drain extensions were provided at the basement window wells. In addition,
the exterior of the basement foundation walls had been damproofed.
