RE: Framing addendum for the proposed TS-1782 and TS-1858 model homes in
Rigden Farms, Larimer County, CO

To Whom It May Concern:
The bracing/header plan for the TS-1782 and TS-1858 models specify 3 ply 2xl 0
headers for front porch roof support. The construction scheduling and field
practices cause the crew to install temporary support columns offset from the
permanent column location which in turn causes the framers to construct the
header with the joint offset from the final column location.
To remedy this situation, install Timberl-ok screws per attached diagram.
The overhead door header specified on the TS-1782 bracing/header plan is a 3
ply 14" LSL. A 2 ply 14" LVL header may be substituted.
