Items Observed: footing and foundation sizes and reinforcing, ufer ground
Notes:
Observations indicate the footing and foundation sizes and reinforcing are in substantial
conformance with the plans as noted above. In addition the electrode (Ufer) has been placed in
substantial conformance with the recommendations by NEC.
