Attention: Mr. Chadrick Martinez Subject: Letter of Substantial Completion for Redtail Ponds Permanent Supportive Housing Coronado Ct and College Ave Fort Collins, Colorado CTL Project No.: FC06079,003-345 As requested, we provided construction observation and materials testing (COMT) services for the Redtail Ponds Permanent Supportive Housing project at Coronado Ct and College Ave in Fort Collins, Colorado. We have reviewed our project files to determine if there are outstanding discrepancies for our services related to this project. K114722) did not make the 28-day specified strength of 5,000 psi until 56-days and that the concrete cylinders cast on June 20, 2014 (concrete ticket no. K114723), only made 93% of the 28- day specified strength of 5,000 psi at 28-days and 98% at 56-days. Our project files also indicated the mortar specimens cast on July 1, 2014 only made 96% of the 28-day specified strength of 1,500 psi at 28-days. In addition, we were not requested to re -inspect the outstanding discrepancies from our weld/bolt report dated August 1, 2014; however, it is our understanding that the engineer of record performed a re -inspection of these areas. 400 N.
