Below is an estimated cost for the remaining tenant finishes needed for
Velvet Files LLC, located at 224 Linden St. I have also attached the
plumbing and electrical proposals for your review. Fort the new sink,
our goal is to find a unique (recycled) sink basin and have a friend
custom build the vanity. Additionally, for the lighting, we are using the
existing tracts that were installed and have purchased new tract heads.
