Re: Foundation Construction Review — 517 Edwards Street, Ft. Collins, Colorado
Dear Doug.
CES Consultants, LLC (CES) reviewed the following items during the construction of the
foundation for the proposed residence located at 517 Edwards Street, Ft. Collins, Colorado:
July i I`h - The placement of the foundation footing steel was reviewed and found
to be installed per the details provided on the foundation plans prepared
by CES.
July 15`h - The placement of the foundation wall steel was reviewed and found to
be installed per the details provided on the foundation plans prepared by
CES. The Concrete Encased Electrode (CEE) was installed 15 feet
back from the NE front corner of the foundation wall. The CEE was
installed per the most recent National Electric Code.
July 27" - The bituminous damp -proofing and perimeter drain were reviewed and
found to be installed per the details provided on the foundation plans
prepared by CES.
This letter was prepared for the exclusive use of our client and is not intended for any other
purpose. Our conclusions are based on the information made available to us at this time.
Should additional information become available, we reserve the right to determine the
impact, if any, of the new information on our opinions and conclusions; and to revise our
opinions and conclusions if necessary and warranted by the discovery of additional
information.
