Gentlemen:
On August 26 and September 4, 2014, a representative of Weeks & Associates
observed footings and foundation wall steel at the referenced site. Observations
indicate the footing sizes and foundation steel reinforcement are in substantial
accordance with the engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks &
Associates. in addition—, the electro e had been p aced in accordance with the
recommendations by NEC.
