To Whom It May Concern:
The Fort Collins Loveland Water District has agreed to allow Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity to
purchase the water tap at 6602 Avondale Road Unit A.
We will allow deferred payment for 6602 Avondale Rd Unit B and Unit F at this time for footings and
foundation but will require full payment prior to the issuance of a building permit from the City of Fort
Collins.
