Work to include repair/replace concrete entrance stairs to garden level units, construct new steel/wood stairs to upper level units and
construct new 150 sq. ft. porch cover-ov_er entrance staircase. Replace existing upper level deck guardrail/handrail, remove existing
decking material and replace with new. Reroof entire building after porch cover installed (21 squares, tear off to decking). Add air
conditioner circut and micro wave circut.
