The above site was personally inspected on Oct. 29, 2014. The site indicates the existing
window that is to be removed and replaced with an approved 30"x 4' "egress window" is
located on the North side (west window) of the house. The existing window has a
wooden sill plate and rim joist sitting on a concrete foundation. The siding above is
wood. The new egress window will require no disturbance to this existing header and is
therefore approved for replacement.
