City of Fort Collins — Building Dept.
The addition to the front of the existing residence (6343 Rookery Road, Fort
Collins , Colorado) has come to our attention that the concrete wall on the west
side of the addition is not within the setback. We have instructed the contractor
to move the west concrete wall in 12" to be with in the setback.
