Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing sizes at the residence under construction at the above
referenced location. These observations were performed on October 24, 2013.
It is our opinion that the footing sizes and widths were in general conformance with the
foundation plan, drawn by Crown Engineering, Ile., Job No. 32-01-10-01, dated September 10,
2013.

Re: Wall Steel Observation at 2822 Rigden Parkway, Fort Collins, CO

Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall steel reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at the above referenced location. This observation was performed on November 4,
2013.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was placed in the forms in general conformance with the
foundation plan, drawn by Crown Engineering, Ile., Job No. 132-01-10-01, dated September 10,
2013. A ufer ground rod was also observed to be placed within the wall steel reinforcing. It is
our opinion that it was placed per acceptable ground rod placement requirements.
