The intention of the CWMP is to clarify the services that Gallegos Sanitation offers construction clients. If your company plans to recycle project materials this form must be completed prior to delivery of equipment. Please review the following sections of this agreement. Section 1: SEPARATION & CONTAMINATION itecycle Enclosure: Individual material stream dumpsters will be delivered to the central construction site location as ordered by FR Development. V'Separation: FR Development is responsible to direct sub -contractors to separate waste, and put the correct material into the designated dumpsters. GSI will provide labels for dumpsters. s,. :Contamination: If GSI driver sees contamination such as bottles, cans, plastic, ect- GSI will not haul the load to be recycled, and/or will haul the load as trash. A contamination/trip charge of up to $300 per haul in addition to the original haul fee will be assessed. x Monthly reports -Reports will state haul date, ticket number, weight of the material, and the end -user of the materials will be provided. This is required at the end of your project by the City of Fort Collins.
