College Gary Here is my description of our business operation. We sell and install glass products. These products include shower doors, mirrors, commercial and residential windows, replacement window glass, screens and screen doors, custom cut glass table and desk tops, picture glass, door and window hardware etc. We do have a show room and sales area in the front 1/3 of the building. The remaining, back portion of the building is where we store materials and do light fabrication work. In the back, we cut glass, assemble commercial door and window frames and build and repair window screens and doors. We do get a lot of walk-in retail customers in and out of our business, so the use of that property is not changing much. It's still a retail -based business, but has some assembly and fabrication in the back. We don't do any auto glass. Feel free to call or email with questions you may have.
