This letter is the result of inquires made of the above referenced structure and the
exposed Tyvek installed on the exterior. Records show that the final was passed on
6/21/2011. I want to call you attention to a City of Fort Collins Amendment to the 2009
International Residential Code Section R105.5 which requires permanent siding to be
installed on the structure within 24 months of the date of the permit being issued. Keep
in mind that the permit issue date is 4/12/2011 which leaves less than 9 months to comply
with this amendment.
Your cooperation regarding this matter will be greatly appreciated and will also keep you
