This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the
following sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2009 International Residential Code Section R105.1 adopted by the City of Fort
Collins regarding the construction of a deck more than 30" above grade and installation
of an exterior door at the above referenced address without a permit in place prior to the
work being done.
These Code violations shall be corrected by: 8/31/2012
If you can not comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances.
