The above referenced properties are located in the Harmony Corridor (HC) zoning district.
Besides financial institutions (such as this bank) as a permitted use the zoning district allows
commercial uses such as Child Care Centers, Places of worship or assembly, Convenience
shopping centers, and Restaurants. These and other uses in the HC zoning district can be found
in the City's Land Use Code (LUC) 4.26.
