I didn't notice that, so I had the prelim. plot plan redone.... please, see the attached. The rear left corner encroaches 1.6'. Thanks! Subject: RE: Shadow Creek Homes - Waterleaf (Provincetowne) Date: Tue, 24 Apr 2012 13:57:28 +0000 Is the garage door set back 4' behind the front porch? It doesn't look like it. The 4' setback needs to be from the porch corner closest to the garage door. So that's another problem altogether. The right -front is the garage (see attached), so it is set back to the required 20', that is what keeps us from moving the house forward on the lot. Thanks, Wendy Wendy Jakes wrjakes@msn_com (303)269-1385 From: PBARNES@fcgov.com To: wdakes@msn.com Subject: RE: Shadow Creek Homes - Waterleaf (Provincetowne) Date: Mon, 23 Apr 2012 19:05:39 +0000 Wendy, Since we require only a 15' minimum front setback, and since the house as shown is at a front setback of 16.6', can it be moved forward to a 15' setback? This should make it so that the rear doesn't encroach. Lot Fit attached Peter: We have a lot fit issue on the above referenced lot at Waterleaf. It is an odd shaped lot and a buyer wants an 1890 plan on it. I redesigned the front porch (it is now 6' deep x 9' wide) and was wondering if http://by l 50w.bay l 5O.mail.live.com/maillPrintMessages.aspx?cpids=96b97cbe-8e49- l l e 1-... 6/4/2012 `Hotmail Print Message Page 3 of 3 a Minor Amendment for the rear left corner encroachment (13) could be considered.
