Gentlemen:
On February 28, 2012, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the
referenced site. Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been
placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement foundation to the sump pit in the
side of the basement. The drainpipe installation is in substantial accordance with the
perimeter drain recommendations for the project. In addition, the exterior of the
basement foundation walls had been damproofed.

On February 17 and 21, 2012, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed
footings and foundation wall steel at the referenced site. Observations indicate the
footing sizes and foundation steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the
engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates. In addition, the
electrode had been placed in accordance with the recommendations by NEC.
