Raw Urth Designs would like to request a 180 day extension for the work being performed at 1313 Blue Spruce,
BI in Fort Collins, 80524. It is the intension of the company to complete and inspect the work at the property in
less that the extension would allow however, due to several incomplete details, we are asking for the added time
for completion.
