Gentlemen:
On February 19 and 20, 2014, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed
footings and foundation wall steel at the referenced site. Observations indicate the
footing sizes and foundation steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the
engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates. In addition, the
electrode had been placed in accordance with the recommendations by NEC.

Re: Perimeter Drain & Damproofing

Gentlemen:
On February 27, 2014, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the
referenced site. Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been
placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement foundation and connected to the
SUMP pit. Drain extensions were provided at the basement window wells. The
drainpipe installation is in substantial accordance with the perimeter drain
recommendations for the project. In addition, the exterior of the basement and
crawlspace foundation walls had been damproofed.
