Per the discussions between DO Residential, Inc., and Bellisimo, Inc., on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, the aforementioned parties agreed to a final settlement in regard to the project at Lots 1-26, Block 1, Bucking Horse Filing 1, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80525 (the "Bucking Horse Townhomes"). This settlement is 2. DO Residential, Inc. will tamer all building permits for the properties descnW in Attachment "A„ into its name under Contractor, within seven (T) days of the data of this letter. Both parties will work with one another to reconeffe sales tax for said permits at a later date and time to be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
