Doug Doha, President, DCI Residential, Inc., Sir: Per the discussions between DO Reaidential, Inc., and Bellisimo, Inc., on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, the aforementioned parties agreed to a final settlement in regard to the project at Lots 1-26, Block 1, Bucking Horse Filing 1, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80525 (the "Bucking Horse Townhomes'). This settlement is agreed to and is subject to the following terms: (-)� - 2. DCI Residential, Inc. will transfer all building permits for the properties described in Attachment "A" into its name under Contractor, within seven (7) days of the date of this letter. Both parties will work with one another to reconcile sales tax for said permits at a later date and time to be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
