Per the discussions between DO Residential, Inc., and Bellisimo, Inc., on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, the` aforementioned parties agreed to a final settlement in regard to the project at Lots 1-26, Block 1, Bucking \d Horse Filing 1, Fort Collins, Colorado. 90525 (the "Bucking Horse Townhomes"). This settlement is agreed to and is subject to the following terms: nA - 2. DO PxsidmWW, Inc. will tram all building permits for the properties descrlbed in Attachment "A„ into its name under Contractor, within seven (7) days of the date of this letter. Both parties will work with one another to reconcile sales tax for said permits at a later data and time to be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
