Re: Detached Garage Footing and Wall Steel Observations

Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footings and wall steel reinforcing placed in the forms at the
detached garage under construction at the above referenced location. These observations were
performed on November 8, 2011.
It is our opinion that the footings and steel reinforcement were placed in general conformance
with the foundation plan, drawn by Crown Engineering, llc., Job No. 132-01-06-01, dated
September 14, 2011.
