I am requesting an extension for permit #81401038 for an additional 180 days. It is for my basement
(address: 2720 Forecastle Dr, Ft Collins CO 80524). 1 have not finished my basement as quickly as
anticipated and need additional time. I'm hoping to finish it in the next couple of months.
