Former u-pump-it on S. College. Check out what's going on behind the building.
- 1235 N. College. Avis car rental wants to go in there. As long as car sales are going on, it wouldn't be a change of use.
The 'mechanic' that moved in there about a year ago gave us a letter stating that they would also conduct car sales, but
there's nothing about that on their website. Drive by and see if there are for sale cars in the lot.
