The above -referenced Property is located in the E (Employment) zoning district. The development of the property in question was approved by a Proposed Development Plan (PDP) and Final Development Plan (FDP). The FDP permitted the Caribou Apartments use and site specific locations of building envelopes BE1, BE2 BE4, GE1, GE2, and GE3. Further the site plan of the FDP complies with all setbacks, parking ordinances, and regulations. The FDP also platted the land and complies with the City's subdivision ordinances. The property has no variances, special exceptions, conditional use permits, nor was any zoning relief granted to this property.
