To Whom It May Concern:
The City of Fort Collins is responsible for enforcement of zoning ordinances and similar codes or
ordinances related to development in the city of Fort Collins.
The above -referenced Property is located in the E (Employment) zoning district. The development of the
property in question was approved by a Proposed Development Plan (PDP) and Final Development Plan
(FDP). The FDP permitted the Caribou Apartments use and site specific locations of building envelopes
BE1, BE2 BE4, GE1, GE2, and GE3. Further the site plan of the FDP complies with all setbacks,
parking ordinances, and regulations. The FDP also platted the land and complies with the City's
subdivision ordinances. The property has no variances, special exceptions, conditional use permits, nor
was any zoning relief granted to this property.
There are no nonconforming issues relevant to this Property, and we are unaware of the existence of any
violations of the zoning regulations applicable to the Property.
