Gentlemen:
On January 13 and 16, 2014, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed
footings and foundation wall steel at the referenced site. Observations indicate the
footing sizes and foundation steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the
engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates. In addition, the
electrode had been placed in accordance with the recommendations by NEC.

Re: Perimeter Drain & Damproofing Observation

Gentlemen:
On January 21, 2014, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the
referenced site. Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been
placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement. In addition, the exterior of the
basement foundation walls had been damproofed.
