Observations indicate the footing sizes and foundation steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates. In addition, the electrode had been placed in accordance with the recommendations by NEC. If we can be of further assistance please contact us. Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement. In addition, the exterior of the basement foundation walls had been damproofed.
