Our inspection identified suspect asbestos -containing building materials that will be impacted by demolition/renovation.
The materials, their locations, and the number of samples collected are described in Section 2.0 below.
2.0 SAMPLING
On May 22, 2014, Stewart Environmental conducted sampling according to the statistical sampling method prescribed by
the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) In 40 CFR Part 763 Subpart E, Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act
(AHERA). While sampling, when we noted suspect materials that were uniform in texture and color, we grouped them
together as homogeneous materials. If there were reasons to suspect that the materials might be different, then we
Identified the materials as separate homogeneous materials (example: Type 1, Type 2, etc).
We randomly selected sample locations to ensure that the samples collectively represented each homogeneous area.
We collected 55 samples from the various homogeneous areas. The materials, their locations, and the number of
samples collected are described below. A sample location map Is attached; numbers on the map correspond to sample
numbers on the chain -of -custody referenced at the end of this Section (2.0).

• COVE BASE: Six samples total

Type 2: Black - Office #1
Type 3: Brown — Toilet
• INSULATION ABOVE DROPPED CEILINGS:
Wall/Ceiling Insulation —one sample from Orientation (homogeneous throughout dropped ceiling areas)
All of the above suspect materials were In good (undamaged) condition.
We submitted the samples for polarized light microscopy (PLM) analyses to Reservoirs Environmental, LLC, an analytical
laboratory in Denver, Colorado accredited for the analysis of Industrial Hygiene and Environmental matrices by the
National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP), lab code 101896-0, and the American Industrial Hygiene
Association (AIHA), Accreditation Certificate #101533. The chain -of -custody for the collected samples is attached.
3.0 ASBESTOS CONCENTRATION GUIDELINES
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
(CDPHE), and the U.S. EPA classify samples with asbestos concentrations greater than one (1) percent as asbestos -
containing and consider the associated matter regulated materials. If a building structure is scheduled for renovation or
demolition, samples that contain a "trace" amount of asbestos [less than one (1) percent] must be further analyzed by
more accurate point -count analysis to determine if they surpass the one (1) perceht threshold, or the materials must be
assumed to be regulated asbestos -containing building materials.
4.0 ASBESTOS LABORATORY RESULTS
Reservoir's laboratory report is attached. PLM analyses identified no regulated asbestos -containing materials in the
submitted samples. Additionally, analyses identified no samples with a trace amount of asbestos.
S.0 LEAD -BASED PAINT
At the clients request, Stewart Environmental collected scrapings of paint from a roof support column located outdoors
adjacent to the southwest atrium of the Tour Center. Anheuser-Busch InBev personnel had removed wood encasing the
steel column, which provided us with access to sample the paint. We submitted the paint scrapings sample to Stewart
Environmental's in-house laboratory for "lead in paint" analysis. The laboratory analysis indicated lead at a concentration
of 59.8 parts per million (ppm), which equates to 0.01 per cent. This concentration is insignificant and could possibly be
caused by steel particles in the scrapings; it may not be lead in the paint itself.
6.0 CONCLUSIONS
Stewart Environmental's pre -demolition asbestos inspection of the Anheuser-Busch InBev Tour Center at 2351 Busch
Drive in Fort Collins, Colorado identified no asbestos -containing building materials in the areas of the Tour Center
scheduled for demolltlon/renovation. Our Inspection findings are limited strictly to the areas of the Tour Center
identified by the client as scheduled for demolition/renovation.
