The above site was personally inspected on four different occasions from Sep 25 to Oct.
6'' to inspect construction for conformity to the codes and regulations and construction
methods for installing an egress door at the above residence. Every thing meets approval.
Only some trim, a railing and cleanup remain to be finished. The contractor ( Site
Solutions) was working on these at my last inspection. As consulting engineer on the
project, I recommend City approval of this project and issuance of a certificate of
occupancy.
