This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the
following sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2009 International Residential Code Section R105.1 adopted by the City of Fort
Collins regarding the construction of a shed larger than 120 square feet at the above
referenced address without the proper permits in place prior to construction. A Stop
Work Order was issued on 10/3/2011.
These Code violations shall be corrected by: 2/25/2012
If you can not comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances.
