I observed the garage foundation at the above referenced project on multiple different occasions
at the request of your project superintendant, Mike McMahon. My visits were to observe the
footing and stem wall reinforcing and footing sizes.
On all occasions, I found the foundation formwork and reinforcing steel to be in substantial
compliance with the structural drawings (Sheet 53.0) by Crown Engineering dated February 28,
2011.
