Dear Mr. Wimp:
CSE Consultants visited the above -referenced project on February 5, 7, 14 and March 10, 2014 as requested. The
purpose of these visits was to observe the foundation construction.
Based on our observations, the foundation footing sizes and foundation wall reinforcing observed for the new
construction appeared to be in general accordance with the Addendum 1 plans prepared by our office dated 12/9/13.
