To whom it may concern;
I live at and own 615 Prichett Court in Fort Collins, Colorado and I am requesting a
reinstatement of a building permit to complete my basement remodel. I have a history of
building permitting with the City. Due to circumstances beyond my control, that permit
lapsed on or around the month of October 2011.
My original permit is B09�04504. That permit lapsed prior to the final building, electric
and mechanical inspections.
