Building Permit Application Submittal Requirements for New Residential Construction - 2003 IRC City of Fort Collins Revised 9-22-2005 The items listed below must be included in all new residential submittal requests for building permit. Initial Required Item Building Permit Application — Three-part form to be completed by applicant.
