Bus Stop and Station Specialty Inspections
To whom it may concern:
The MAX BRT stations and stops are nearing final completion. As such, this letter shall serve as a
general compliance letter to certify the project was constructed in conformance with the approved plans
and specifications and applicable building code. This work includes:
1. Utility installation including electrical, irrigation and communications
2. Subgrade preparation
3. Light pole footing/foundation installation
4. Concrete flatwork paving
5. Structural framing; structural steel, roofing, cladding and connections
6. Surface restoration including architectural concrete paver installation
7. Site amenity installation
Personnel from the City of Fort Collins Engineering Department and Ditesco have jointly inspected the
construction work. Deficiencies identified during construction have been corrected and accepted. Record
drawing information has been documented and will be transferred to final drawings for City of Fort Collins
Engineering Departmental use.

Project Specifications
We inspected the bolted connections of the column cap plates to the overhead beams (ASB B8 3/4-inch diameter
stainless steel bolts) for the Spring Creek Station. All of the bolts were in the snug -tight condition or greater with washers
installed at the time of our inspection. We also inspected the anchor bolts for the column base plates at the same
station. All of the anchor bolts were in the snug -tight condition or greater with washers installed at the time of our
inspection. Plans were prepared by Baker, project "FC7073", dated 11/10112.
At the time of our inspection, the items observed met the quality standards sited above unless noted below.

SELECTED BY CTL. TEST RESULTS WERE WITHIN SPECIFIED LIMITS. NOTE: AS PER CDOT, THERE IS NO
MOISTURE SPECIFICATION FOR THE CLASS 1 STRUCTURAL FILL. OUR OFFICE WILL BE CONTACTED
WHEN ADDITIONAL TESTING OR OBSERVATION IS REQUIRED.
