Gentleman:
I have inspected the trench wall for Hammersmith Construction located at 221-227 Jefferson
Street, in Ft Collins Colorado.
Structural engineer design was TD Structural Engineering, P.E. No: 38181
The piers were inspected on December 12, 2011, 8 piers at 18" x 36"all were installed with (4)
#4 (grade 60) rebar vertical with # 3 ties per engineered pier sizes.
I inspected the trench wall on December 12, 2011 (2) # 4 (grade 60) rebar was place top and
bottom in wall with # 3 ties at 24" in wall. #4 (grade 60) rebar dowells were placed @ 32" at
top of walla
