RE: Blower Door Testing
JKG Consulting, Inc. has completed a blower door performance test for the residence
below. This test was administered using a RESNET multi -point test to determine if the
home meets the air tightness requirements of the City of Fort Collins' Energy Code
under the Prescriptive Path or Total UA Alternative Path. The whole house ventilation
was sealed for the test.
The property is a two-story with a finished basement. Part of the basement is under
the front porch. The garage is detached. The home is virtually complete.
