3221 Burning Brush Ct.

Dear Mark:
This letter shall serve as a response to -the site visit performed on the mentioned residence on 2-28-14.
The scope of work included obtaining data from a non-destructive visual inspection on site. The primary
concern of the inspection was to investigate a wall removal.
The removed wall in question was located between the former kitchen and dining areas. Approximately
5' of wall was removed. In conclusion of the inspection, it was determined that the wall removed was
non -bearing; therefore; had no structural effect on the residence.
No other portions of this structure were analyzed and, therefore, are not warranted by this report. If you
have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to call.
