(TES) conducted a foundation excavation review for a single- family residence under construction at the above -referenced site located in Ft Collins, Colorado. The footings were excavated to the silty sand, which is similar to those soils described in the. Preliminary Subsurface Exploration Report, Maple Hill Subdivision, prepared by Earth Engineering Consultants, Inc, EEC project number 1002250 and dated January 19, 2001. TES did not encounter groundwater within two feet of the proposed footing elevation. The soils supporting the footings will be a low expansive material. Based on the soil conditions encountered within two feet of the footing level, a continuous spread footing may be designed and constructed in accordance to the above mentioned Preliminary Subsurface Exploration Report. The " Wer electrical ground system was placed in the footing and meet the requirements of Article 250.52(A)(3) of the 2008 National Electrical Code (NEC).
