Dear Larry:
As requested, personnel of RMG Engineers Group (RMG) observed the footing and foundation
formwork and reinforcing steel for the above referenced single family residential property and
found them to be in substantial compliance with the design drawings prepared by High Plains
Engineering & Design, LLC for this structure. The "Ufer" electrical ground system was placed
in the footing and meet the requirements of Article 250.52(A)(3) of the 2008 National Electrical
Code (NEC). The footings were observed on January 21, 2014 and the foundation walls were
observed on January 22, 2014.

proofing and found it to be complete and in substantial compliance with the design drawings
prepared by High Plains Engineering & Design, LLC for this structure at the date of the
inspection. The damp proof was observed on February 11, 2014.

drainage pipe and sump pit perimeter drain system on February 11, 2014. RMG found it to be

Engineering & Design, LLC for this structure at the date of this observation.
