We have visually observed the as -built framing for the roof repairs at the above referenced residence
on March 25 & April 10, 2014. It is our opinion the framing is in general conformance with the
specifications on our Roof Repair Framing Plan, Project Number 1427-94-01A, dated February 7,
2014, and with our specified corrections and approved modifications.
In addition, the point loads from the repaired roof framing are in the same locations as they were
historically. Therefore, squash -blocking at the main floor below the point loads should have already
been in place and we do not feel additional blocking will be required.
The recommendations and conclusions presented in this letter are based solely on a visual review
of portions of the described structure, and the referenced plan. Our review was limited to the items
described in this letter, and is not intended to cover other structural, mechanical, electrical,
environmental, mold, site grading, or architectural features of the building.
