Collins, Colorado Advanced Engineering, LLC Project Number 1260-01-09C Dear Mr. O'Neal: On August 11, 2011 we visually observed the footing forms and footing reinforcement for the residence being constructed at the above referenced site. On August 12, 2011 we visually observed the foundation wall reinforcing placed in the forms. It is our opinion the footing widths and the footing & wall reinforcement were in general conformance with our Foundation Plan, Project Number 1260-01-09A. The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover structural items other than those listed, site grading/elevations, subsurface soil conditions, or architectural features of the building. Collins, Colorado Advanced Engineering, LLC Project Number 1260-01-09D Dear Mr. O'Neal: On August 17, 2011 we visually observed the exterior perimeter drain and damp proofing for the residence being constructed at the above referenced site. It is our opinion the perimeter drain is in general conformance with the soils report by Earth Engineering Company, Project Number 11-01- 131, dated July 25, 2011. The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover items other than those listed, site grading/elevations, setbacks, subsurface soil conditions, structural, or architectural features of the building.
