Gentlemen:
On February 17 and March 2, 2010, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed
footings and foundation wall steel at the referenced site. Observations indicate the
footing sizes and foundation steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the
engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates. In addition, the
electrode had been placed in accordance with the recommendations by NEC.

On March 10 and 18, 2010, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the
referenced site. Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been
placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement foundation to the sump pit in the
center of the basement. In addition, the exterior of the basement foundation walls had
been damproofed.
