Fort Collins, Colorado 80525 Re: Footings and Foundation Wall Steel Observation Residence 1 Sidehill Subdivision 2427 Strawfork Lot 8, Block 4 Fort Collins, Colorado Project No. 27148 Gentlemen: On February 17 and March 2, 2010, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed footings and foundation wall steel at the referenced site. Observations indicate the footing sizes and foundation steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates. Fort Collins, Colorado 80525 Re: Perimeter Drain & Damproofing Residence 1 Sidehill Subdivision 2427 Strawfork Lot 8, Block 4 Fort Collins, Colorado Project No. 27148 Gentlemen: WLEMS S EISSOEXERT12S STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS On March 10 and 18, 2010, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the referenced site. Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement foundation to the sump pit in the center of the basement.
