You are hereby notified that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2009 International Building Code Section 105.1 adopted by the City of Fort Collins,
regarding the installation of a wood twig roof on the upper deck and enclosure of a
portion of the area under the deck at the above referenced address without the proper
permits in place prior the work commencing.
These Code violations shall be corrected by: 5/612011
If you can not comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office' and
explain any mitigating circumstances you feel may be cause for an extension, otherwise
you will be served a court summons and be subject to a maximum fine of $1000.00 per
day per violation.
Be advised that if future violations of this nature are discovered, you will be issued a
court summons without further notification.
