Regarding the Lincoln Center addition project, Mike Gebo and PFA have reviewed this request to not sprinkle 2
existing areas in the Lincoln Center and below is the response.
I . The installation of a 2-hour fire -wall separating the existing non -sprinkled office area from the remainder of
the building is approved as this meets current code and the office area is within allowable area per code.
2. The request to not fire -sprinkle the mezzanine level storage area is denied and this area must be fully
sprinkled. Even with a 2-hour fire -barrier separation this room is still part of the west building and this west
half must be sprinkled for allowable area and to allow the additions.
3. Please contact PFA to inquire if they need any sprinkler plan revisions submitted.
