I am writing you in regards to Permit No. B1004003/ 2133 Sandbur Lane in the
Sidehill neighborhood. I would like to withdrawal permit no. B 1004003 (Residential
New Single Family Detached) and replace it with an entirely different house model. I am
fully aware and understand we will lose our check plan review fees.
